Our Process
STEP 1. Inquiry
We will respond to your inquiry within 2-3 business days with details regarding my website options and what they entail. We'll soon talk about your vision for your website and your 'style' to see if we're a good fit to work together. Clients often don't realize how much time they will spend with their designer for their project, so choosing a designer that you gel with is very important!
STEP 2. My Offerings
You will receive a brochure with my various packages. Within the brochure you are able to select the packages that work best for you or select the services you desire!
STEP 3. You want to book!
Yay! We've decided we're a great fit for each other and you want to move forward and book me as your creator. *Happy dance time*
STEP 4. Agreement (Contract) & Retainer Fee (Deposit)
Once we've agreed upon which collection you'd like to book, I will send you a detailed contract delineating our agreement. We'll both sign it, and then I will send you an invoice for your 50% nonrefundable retainer fee. This retainer fee is non-refundable, and it officially books me!
STEP 5. Virtual Coffee + Conversation?
You will be receiving a questionnaire to complete which will help me bring your vision to life. We will set a time for a discovery call and we can go over your responses. During this call, ask me all your burning questions, and in turn, I'll ask you more about you and get all the details for your project. I'd love to do a phone or video chat with you so we can officially meet and talk. You can schedule a time to chat here!
STEP 6. The Interim
You will be receiving a welcome packet and you have one week to provide me any images, verbiage, video, or content that would be on your website. You will also be receiving a SITEMAP so you are able to copy and paste applicable content or images in the desired location . This is also due within one week!
STEP 7. Rough Draft
It's finally here! You will be presented with a live preview of your site! Click around and make sure it is everything you hoped!
You have one week to respond with any edits you would like to make. Take your time and look through everything thoroughly and provide all of your needed revisions in one detailed email. I will make the necessary corrections and present you with the final rough draft.
STEP 8. Deliver the Final Project
I have meticulously edited and perfected your website. It is now live and ready to be shared with the world!
